Granny Smith and Bleu Cheese Salad

3 heads homain lettueces, torn
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped.
4 oz. crumbled Bleu cheese
1/2 bag broken sea salt bagel chips

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients listed for salad. In a separate bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together. Pour dressing over salad and serve.

Note: So that the apples do not turn brown, coat them with lemon juice.
